What we can help with

We focus exclusively on study permit extensions, PGWPs, and status restoration for international students in Canada. Prices shown are in CAD and are separate from any IRCC government fees.

01
Study permit extension (in Canada)
Extension of existing study permit while in Canada
Fixed fee
$400 CAD

If you are already studying in Canada and need to extend your study permit, we handle the full inland extension application. Apply at least 30–60 days before your current permit expires — this triggers implied status, meaning you can legally continue studying while IRCC processes your extension.

A study permit extension requires the right documents, correctly completed forms, and a clear demonstration that you remain a genuine student with valid reasons to continue. We prepare everything before submission and advise you on your conditions while you wait.

What's included

  • Eligibility assessment
  • Personalised document checklist
  • Full application form preparation
  • Implied status guidance
  • Post-submission support
  • IRCC correspondence assistance
Apply before your permit expires to maintain implied status. Don't leave this late.Get started →

PGWP — Post-Graduation Work Permit
Eligibility · Full application · Interim work authorisation
Starting from
$400 CAD

The PGWP is an open work permit that lets you stay and work in Canada after graduating — for any employer, in any job. If your program was 2+ years, you qualify for the maximum 3-year PGWP.

You have 180 days from receiving your final marks to apply. Miss that window and eligibility is gone — there's no extension. We make sure you apply at the right time with the right documents, and advise you on interim work authorisation while your PGWP is processed.

What's included

  • PGWP eligibility assessment
  • Document checklist & review
  • Full application preparation & submission
  • Interim work authorisation guidance
  • IRCC correspondence support

Refusal & reapplication
GCMS notes · Root cause analysis · Targeted reapplication
Price on

A refusal is not the end — but reapplying with the same application almost always results in another refusal. IRCC keeps your full immigration history and officers can see every previous decision on your file.

The right first step is obtaining your GCMS notes, which reveal exactly what the officer recorded and why the application failed. From there, we build a genuinely stronger reapplication that directly addresses those concerns — not just a new form, but a new strategy.

The most common refusal reasons are weak home country ties, insufficient proof of funds, and a vague or unconvincing study plan. All are fixable with the right approach.

What's included

  • GCMS notes request assistance
  • Refusal reason analysis
  • Reapplication strategy
  • New study plan drafting
  • Full reapplication preparation
  • Document strengthening guidance

Expired permit · 90-day window · Act immediately
Fixed fee
$600 CAD

If your study permit has already expired and you're still in Canada, you may be able to apply for restoration of status — but only within 90 days of the permit expiring. After that window closes, your options are significantly more limited.

Restoration is not guaranteed and the application must be strong. We assess your eligibility quickly, advise you honestly on your chances, and prepare the application with the urgency the situation requires.

  • Urgent eligibility assessment
  • Restoration application preparation
  • Document checklist & review
